Our Founders' Story

We flipped our first investment property in 1990. And in 2011, we decided to leave our 9-to-5s and flip houses full time. Our passion to learn how to flip houses turned into real life experience. We have successfully remodeled and sold hundreds of properties for $41,000 average profit for each project.

Throughout our journey, we researched and sought in-depth fix and flip education. We attended real estate investment seminars like Fortune Builders, Success Path, Scott Yancey, Hilary Farr, and Tarek and Christina El Moussa. We were appalled by what we found. The courses offered a low introductory fee, but the next levels charge $30,000 to $60,000 for mentoring and bootcamps. High pressure upselling was normal, and we watched people, like us, spend their life savings on smoke and mirrors.

As our experience grew, we became frustrated that we could not find ethical coaches or a house flipping software to help us manage the details of our fix and flip business. Out of this frustration, Fixters was born! We’re a team of honest, passionate and full of personality people and we are excited about revolutionizing the house flipping industry.

Happy flipping,

Fixters Cares

We believe there’s nothing more powerful than community, so as part of the Fixters Family, you play a vital part in helping restore and build communities across the U.S.

Habitat for Humanity

We love Habitat for Humanity’s mission to create “a world where everyone has a decent place to live.” At Fixters, we seek a similar goal and want to create neighborhoods and communities that people enjoy and take care of one another. Fixters donates our deconstruct and demolition materials to our local ReStores. If you are a flipper, do the same in your area! Or get active and organize a team build in your area.
